1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and aaajiji ("aaajiji," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the aaajiji online gaming platform accessible at aaajiji.net and all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by aaajiji, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the aaajiji Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law governing casino-style gambling. aaajiji strictly enforces this age requirement and will request identity verification documents to confirm your age.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of aaajiji, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by aaajiji or by any regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. Accounts must be registered and used solely by the individual named on the account.

aaajiji reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each individual may register only one (1) account on the aaajiji Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly update it if any details change. aaajiji is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including individuals claiming to be aaajiji support staff. Legitimate aaajiji support will never ask for your password.
• Notify aaajiji immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

aaajiji will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the aaajiji Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. aaajiji supports the following payment methods for Filipino players:

• E-wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card

Deposits are generally credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. aaajiji is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or network issues outside our control.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account dashboard.
• aaajiji reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may result in processing delays.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 5 for details.

aaajiji does not accept or process payments involving cryptocurrency of any kind, nor credit card deposits for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

aaajiji may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games, for example, may contribute less than slots. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your account without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time.
• Abuse: aaajiji reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk betting strategies to exploit wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.

aaajiji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion will not be retroactively affected by changes made after the claim date.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aaajiji Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer games and card games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform. Any such errors must be reported to aaajiji support immediately. Winnings derived from exploiting errors may be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing aaajiji staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the aaajiji Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of aaajiji or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from aaajiji.
• Use any aaajiji trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner without prior written authorization.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.

Any unauthorized use of aaajiji's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and applicable law, and may result in legal action.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aaajiji, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, server downtime, or network interruptions beyond aaajiji's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game.

aaajiji's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your aaajiji account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. aaajiji makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

9 Responsible Gaming

aaajiji is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic. The following tools are available to all registered players through the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts or automatic logouts after a set period of play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

aaajiji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment provider.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Extended account inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant).

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any applicable dormancy fees as disclosed in the fee schedule.

You may close your account at any time by contacting aaajiji customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.

11 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and aaajiji, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. aaajiji will endeavor to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

12 Amendments to These Terms

aaajiji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
